Return & Refund Policy

1. Under what circumstances do we accept returns?

We are committed to a return policy when an item has the following issues, but you must return the item after we understand your problem and what you want us to do.

First, there are quality problems with the product. Once you receive it, it doesn’t work, or it encounters a crash during delivery that prevents you from using it. In this case we will issue a full refund.

Secondly, in some special circumstances, after our customer service understands your specific problems, we can open a return policy for you. In this case, we will charge you a 10% handling fee.

Third, if you ordered the wrong product, negotiate with our customer service for an exchange. This exchange policy is also suitable for you. But you need to pay us the shipping cost.

Fourth, if we ship an item in error, we will be responsible for the exchange and any shipping charges. If you choose this option, you can also return the product for a full refund plus shipping and handling charges, but you must ensure that it is sent back via regular airmail.

Return Shipping Options: After confirming that your item complies with our return policy, we ask that you ship the item back to us using regular airmail. Does not include DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express delivery.

What will happen after we receive your return: You will need to keep in touch with us to ensure we receive it. After inspecting the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will notify you when everything is complete. Please remember to check your email frequently.

2. Under what circumstances do we not accept returns?

First of all, if you order the wrong item yourself, or you find that it is not the item you wanted to order (not a quality issue), we will not offer you a return policy, please be aware of this.

Secondly, if you damage the item yourself, we cannot provide you with a replacement. But you can return it for repair.

3. Exchange

Free Exchange: If your product encounters a fault during shipping, we will exchange it for you free of charge and cover the shipping costs for you to send the item back to us via regular airmail.

Wrong product ordered: If you ordered the wrong item and plan to exchange it, please contact us and we can exchange it for you, but you will need to pay us for shipping.

What you need to do before exchange: You need to contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What’s wrong with your item and what do you want us to do for you.

4. Refund policy

After we receive your returned items and check that the items are in good condition, we will refund you via PayPal within 2 working days according to our policy, please check your PayPal account in time or contact our customer service.
